RIYADH – Renowned social activist and philanthropist Dr. Idris and his brothers organized a grand function on the occasion of “International Mother’s Day”. Dr. Idris organized a unique event to welcome his mother who is visiting the Kingdom from Jaipur, Rajasthan and celebrate “Mother’s Day”.
The event was attended by a large number of Indian men and women, especially the Rajasthani community based in Riyadh. A large number of members of social organizations and friends congratulated the mother of Dr. Idris. On this occasion, Dr. Ashraf Ali, President of All India United Society, Dr. Idris and Airport Manager of Air India, Vikram Oba, highlighted the importance of mother.
A music program was also organized for the entertainment of the attendees. Ghazal artist Ustad Imran Khan, who came from Jaipur on a visit, performed his art. Apart from this, Vikram Oba graced the occasion by performing a song dedicating to mother. Naeem Abdul Qayyum was the MC. The event came to an end with Dr. Idris’ gift of gratitude. Brothers of Dr. Idris Khan – Ilyas Khan and Sajid Khan along with some of their family members were also present.
