
Under the scheme named “Mythri Karunya Hastam,” each eligible cancer patient will receive Rs. 10,000. To ensure fair distribution, patients must submit applications for consideration. The application forms will be available between April 2, 2025, and April 7, 2025, from 10 AM onwards. Applicants can collect forms from the Mythri office, located at Shalimar Villa, opposite the Electricity Building, near Karunagappally Girls High School.
Applications will only be accepted in the patient’s name, requiring submission of Aadhaar number, mobile number, and other necessary details at the time of form collection. Patients may collect the forms personally or through well-wishers. Completed forms must be submitted to the Mythri office by 5 PM on Thursday, April 10, 2025.
