The victory marked the team’s sixth consecutive win, underscoring their formidable form and all-round prowess in the tournament organized by the Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA).
Electing to bat first, Success XI posted a formidable total of 228 for 4 in their allotted 20 overs, powered by a scintillating display from Shaik Saluddin Waseem, who blazed his way to 85 off just 45 deliveries, hammering 14 boundaries in a stroke-filled innings. Waseem shared a vital partnership with Muhammad Ramzan, who contributed an equally fluent 82 from 50 balls, featuring eight fours and a towering six.
After their dismissals, captain Asif Butt added impetus to the innings with a brisk 25 off 15 balls, including three boundaries. Cameos from Amir Mehboob (11 off 5 balls) and unbeaten knocks of 4 runs each from Naveed Ali Arshi and Qaiser Mehmood Ahmed helped Success XI finish with a daunting total.
