Jedddah – The kindergarten (KG) building has undergone a much-needed renovation, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for the youngest learners. The building, which had fallen into disrepair over the years, was in urgent need of attention. The wooden doors had become infested with mites, while the bathrooms were in a state that posed safety and hygiene concerns for children.
Recognizing the importance of maintaining a healthy and conducive learning environment for young students, Chairman Dr. Mohammed Abdul Saleem, together with the IISJ School Management Committee and under the guidance of higher officials, initiated the renovation project during the summer vacation to ensure that academic activities remained unaffected. As part of the renovation, all wooden doors were replaced with durable aluminium doors, enhancing both safety and aesthetics by giving the building a modern appearance. Additionally, the deteriorated flooring was removed and substituted with new tiles throughout the classrooms, corridors, and main aisle, creating a clean, bright, and long-lasting surface.

Another management committee member Mr. Prince Zia highlighted that, Special emphasis was placed on the renovation of the bathrooms, where all fittings were replaced and the facilities were fully upgraded to comply with hygiene and safety standards.
The wholehearted support and guidance of the Consul General of India, Shri Fahad Ahmed Khan Suri, played a pivotal role in the successful completion of this building. His keen interest, timely encouragement, and constant backing gave the confidence to complete the construction to everyone’s full satisfaction. Shri Fahad Ahmed Khan Suri formally inaugurated the building and later toured the premises, keenly observing the construction work and applauding the quality and dedicated efforts behind it.
The transformation of the kindergarten building has resulted in a safer, more welcoming environment for children. This renovation reflects the institution’s strong commitment to providing quality facilities that prioritize both safety and learning.
