Markaz Knowledge City, the prominent educational initiative in Kerala, with a network of private schools across the country, does hereby announce its collaboration with VentureVillage of Finland in an innovative environmental education program. This partnership marks a significant step towards enhancing environmental awareness and fostering sustainability among high school students in Kerala.
Under this new collaboration, Venture Village will work closely with Markaz Knowledge City to implement a cutting-edge educational program across various schools throughout the state. The initiative aims to engage around 2,500 students in interactive and thought-provoking sessions focused on climate change, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
This program will introduce students to complex environmental issues through a range of interactive methods, including workshops and activities designed to inspire critical thinking and responsible decision-making. By integrating these principles into the curriculum, the program seeks to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to address environmental challenges and make informed decisions for a sustainable future.
The partnership will utilize VentureVillage’s expertise and collaborations with European researchers and institutions to develop engaging educational content, while Markaz Knowledge City will leverage its extensive network of schools to deliver this program. Together, they are committed to advancing environmental education and preparing the next generation of global leaders.
Alif Global School convened a reception to honor Dr. Abdussalam Mohammed, CEO of Markaz Knowledge city for being presented a seminar paper at UN in connection with their sustainable development initiatives. In the session, Dr. Abdussalam Mohammed mentioned that Alif Global School is going to be a part of this endeavor.
