RIYADH – Al Yasmin International School (AIYS) Riyadh hosted its much-anticipated Digital Fest 2024, an event designed to celebrate the technological ingenuity and creativity of its students. The fest, held at the school auditorium, was inaugurated by Abdul Elah Al Mouina, Complex Manager, and Dr. S.M. Shaukat Perwez, Principal of AYIS, in the presence of Shadi Mostafa, Tanweer Siddiqui, Headmaster of the Boys’ Section, and Mrs. Nikhath Anjum, Headmistress of the Girls’ Section.
The event provided a dynamic platform for students from grades 1 to 12 to demonstrate their digital skills through a series of competitions focused on technological innovation, problem solving and creativity. With over 170 participants, Digital Fest aimed to inspire a deeper appreciation for technology and encourage the next generation of digital creators. The students’ projects were evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges, comprising both internal school faculty and external experts. Among the many impressive projects presented, several stood out for their technical sophistication and creativity. The event not only showcased the students’ technical abilities but also highlighted the school’s commitment to nurturing future innovators and problem-solvers in the digital world. By offering a platform for students to demonstrate their talents, Digital Fest 2024 successfully inspired and empowered the next generation of digital leaders.
