New Delhi – Mandatory Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) exempted for Indian nationals for the issuance of Saudi Visas declared Saudi Embassy in India. This decision has been taken as part of the efforts of the two countries to further strengthen their relations in view of the 75 years strong relations and strategic partnership between Saudi Arabia and India.
The statement of Saudi Embassy in New Delhi stressed that “The Embassy appreciates the contribution of over two million Indian citizens living peacefully in the Kingdom”. This decision comes at a time when both countries are celebrating the 75th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The immediate benefit of the Saudi move to exempt police clearance certificate for visa would be faster application processing and easier visa management.
