Hyderabad – Former Indian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Dr. Ausaf Saeed’s mother Majida passed away on Thursday evening. She was the wife of renowned fiction writer Awaz Saeed and sister of renowned Urdu personality Professor Mughni Tabassum.
The funeral prayers will be offered on May 29 after Friday prayers at Baqi Mosque, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills and the burial will take place in the adjoining graveyard.

With profound grief, I am sharing the sad news that my beloved mother Mrs. Kaneez Fatima has passed away peacefully at 7 pm this evening (May 28) surrounded by family.
May Allah grant her the highest place in Jannat ul Firdaus. Please keep her in your prayers.
Namaz e Janaza will be held at Masjid-e-Baqih, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, after Jummah prayers tomorrow.
