RIYADH – A grand graduation ceremony was held in honor of the nursery students at Yara International School on Saturday as part of the annual meeting in which the school administration as well as the students and their parents celebrated this event with great enthusiasm.
This solemn ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by by a prayer song by YIS teachers. Principal Mrs. Aasima Saleem welcomed the audience. Beautifully dressed students graced the occasion by presenting various cultural programs which enthralled all the attendees. In these cultural programs, students presented dance, song, drama and speech. Later, along with Chief Patron Habeeb-ur-Rahman, founder of Madrasa and Principal Mrs. Aasima Saleem awarded the children with graduation certificates.
On this occasion, Principal Mrs. Aasima Saleem appreciated the good performance of the children and blessed them with lots of prayers and said that Yara International School is one of the school in the Kingdom which provides complete development of children. She added that the school has been maintaining its educational journey at a high level for twenty years. She said that so far the students have benefited from this educational institution and have made their future bright and are using their skills as a better citizen in different parts of the world. She said “Every child is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting”. She added that the parents of the children are worthy of praise who help their children day and night to coordinate the academic activities of Yara School. Mrs. Aasima Saleem along with Kindergarten Supervisor Ms. Rukhsana Thaneer successfully conducted the event. She praised all the teachers for their tireless efforts and encouraged them to face more new challenges. The parents of the children present on this occasion were overjoyed and applauded the performance of the children with thunderous applause. Senior Accountant of Al Hokair Group, Qais Ahmed graced this occasion. This program was structured by Mrs. Maureen Farooqui and Mrs. Nazia Hassan in a very well organized manner.
On this occasion, various kinds of dishes were arranged in the spacious and wide courtyard of the school. All the parents and students enjoyed these flavors during the program and left the school with an unforgettable day.
