
Jubail, 24 March 2025 – The Gulbarga Welfare Society (GWS) Jubail Chapter successfully organized a grand Iftar event at Cookzone Restaurant, welcoming over 150 distinguished guests from the Gulbarga community. This heartfelt gathering highlighted GWS’s commitment to unity, charitable initiatives, and community support.
The event featured an inspiring address by the Chief Guest, Bathruddin Abdul Majeed, who emphasized the spiritual significance of Ramzan and praised GWS’s impactful contributions. GWS Jubail Chapter President, Mohammed Abul Khasim, expressed gratitude to participants and stressed the importance of supporting the underprivileged through education, healthcare, and social welfare. He encouraged Gulbarga community members to engage in GWS initiatives and strengthen communal bonds.




GWS Advisor, Engr. Syed Nasir Khursheed, addressed attendees virtually from Riyadh, commending the Jubail Chapter’s dedication to assisting the less fortunate. He urged attendees to connect with GWS and extend their support.
The program commenced with a warm welcome by Dr. Abdul Shukur and a recitation of Quranic verses by Miss Aleena Iffat. Vice President Shafiuddin Ustad presented GWS’s mission and initiatives, highlighting the essential role of charity. The chief guest was honored with a memento by Abul Khasim, acknowledging his steadfast community support.
Additionally, Mohammed Imdad Ali, Past President of the GWS Riyadh Chapter, inspired guests to join GWS’s noble efforts. The seamless event was orchestrated by Mohsin Sanghar, who also delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks.
