
JEDDAH – In a remarkable endeavor to guide NEET 2025 aspirants, the Deccan Alumni Association of Middle East (DAAME), in collaboration with the Global Telangana Forum, hosted an interactive session on Friday, 25th April 2025. Held at a local hotel, this well-attended event catered to students and parents from the Indian community in Jeddah.
The session featured Abdul Rab Arif, a leading expert in medical counseling, who shared valuable insights on NEET preparation strategies. His guidance focused on essential tips to avoid common mistakes while ensuring a strong foundation for success in the competitive examination.
Additionally, detailed discussions on post-NEET counseling procedures equipped attendees with critical knowledge on navigating the admission process for medical colleges. The speaker highlighted the importance of vigilance to avoid falling prey to intermediaries who exploit aspirants and charge exorbitant fees.
Dr. Khaja Yaminuddin, a distinguished alumnus of Deccan College of Medical Sciences and Joint Secretary of DAAME (Western Region), presided over the event. In his address, he reinforced the need for parents and students to stay informed and make well-guided decisions.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Mohammed Layeeq, Vice President of the Global Telangana Forum, Jeddah Chapter, to the esteemed guest speaker and the community attendees.
