
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – May 23, 2025 – The Bihar Community Service (BCS), Riyadh Chapter, celebrated its Annual Day with enthusiasm and active community participation, underscoring its commitment to advancing education and technical training for underprivileged communities in Bihar and Jharkhand.
The event commenced with a formal welcome by Mahfuzur Rahman, President of BCS Riyadh, who highlighted the organization’s milestones and future aspirations. The presence of distinguished guests enriched the occasion, reinforcing the importance of education and empowerment.
The Chief Guest, Sharique Badr, IFS, Counsellor at the Indian Embassy in Riyadh, delivered an inspiring keynote, emphasizing the role of education and parental responsibility in shaping a progressive society. “Together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive society. Parents must take the lead in ensuring their children’s right to education,” Badr stated.

Adding further depth to the discussions, the Guest of Honor, Asif Rameez Daudi, Senior Academic Advisor and Training Consultant, captivated the audience with his insights on education’s transformative impact.
