Madinah – The NRT Madinah Chapter was informed that Mrs. Bushra Beevi from Thuckalay, Kanyakumari, who had arrived in Madinah to perform Umrah, had suddenly suffered a heart attack and was immediately admitted to Al Haram Hospital for treatment.
Upon receiving the news, the NRT Madinah team promptly visited her in the intensive care unit (ICU) and extended every possible support and assistance to ensure her comfort and well-being.
Later, when it was determined that she needed to travel back to her hometown with oxygen support, Mr. Jamal Zakir from the Embassy, in coordination with the Jeddah Consulate, swiftly arranged all the necessary travel documents to facilitate her safe return. Subsequently, NRT Madinah administrators — Mr. Abu Inban (Deputy Coordinator, NRTIA), Mr. Khujamudeen, and Mr. Thiruppathur Sadiq — personally accompanied her to the airport, ensuring all necessary arrangements were in place and that she had a safe and comfortable departure.
Special appreciation was extended to Mr. Sahoobar Sadiq, who demonstrated exceptional dedication and kindness by remaining at the hospital to care for the patient even after his own group had departed two days earlier. He went beyond expectations by personally purchasing her flight ticket, accompanying her during the journey, and bearing the additional expenses — a gesture that truly reflected his compassion, humanity, and selfless spirit of service.
